About this package

Tiredness, hair fall and aches are usually a shortage, and this checkup looks for the common ones. Iron studies show iron status, vitamin B12 and vitamin D cover the two most often low vitamins, and the thyroid profile checks the gland that governs energy. ESR and CRP show whether inflammation is part of the picture. Alongside sugar, cholesterol, liver, kidney and urine tests, the 92 parameters give a complete nutritional and metabolic review.

A full-body checkup with nutrition focus: iron studies, B12, vitamin D, thyroid and inflammation markers with the core tests.

What does this package cover?

The 13 tests are grouped into 9 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 3 tests

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

  • CRP (C-Reactive Protein)

The level of C-reactive protein circulating in the blood, which rises within hours of an inflammatory trigger.

  • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

The rate at which red blood cells settle in a vertical tube over 60 minutes.

Iron & anaemia 1 test

Iron stores and red-cell production - the commonest causes of anaemia and tiredness.

  • Iron Studies

Serum iron, TIBC, UIBC (unsaturated iron-binding capacity), transferrin saturation percentage, and ferritin (the body’s iron-storage protein).

Diabetes & blood sugar 2 tests

Current and 3-month average blood sugar, plus insulin markers for diabetes and insulin resistance.

  • Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)

The concentration of glucose in your blood after an overnight fast.

  • HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)

The percentage of haemoglobin in red blood cells that has glucose attached to it (glycated) - since red cells live about 120 days, this reflects average blood sugar over that period.

Heart & cholesterol 1 test

Blood fats and inflammation markers that together indicate the risk of heart disease and stroke.

  • Lipid Profile

Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and the calculated VLDL and total cholesterol/HDL ratio.

Liver 1 test

Liver enzymes, bilirubin and proteins that show inflammation, fatty liver or reduced liver function.

  • Liver Function Test (LFT)

SGPT/ALT, SGOT/AST, ALP, GGT, total/direct/indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, and the A/G ratio.

Kidney & electrolytes 1 test

How well your kidneys filter waste, plus the salts (electrolytes) they keep in balance.

  • Kidney Function Test

Blood urea/BUN, serum creatinine, eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, and calcium.

Thyroid 1 test

Thyroid hormones and antibodies - an under- or over-active thyroid affects weight, energy, mood and heart rate.

  • TSH Ultrasensitive

TSH Ultrasensitive is a blood test. A single, highly sensitive thyroid-stimulating hormone test to screen thyroid function.

Vitamins, bone & minerals 2 tests

Vitamin D, B12, folate and the minerals and hormones that keep bones and nerves healthy.

  • Vitamin B12

    Serum vitamin B12 (cobalamin) concentration.

  • Vitamin D (25-OH)

25-hydroxyvitamin D (the combined D2 + D3 form), which is the most accurate indicator of overall vitamin D status in the body.

Urine 1 test

Routine urine analysis for infection, sugar, protein and kidney clues.

  • Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

Physical characteristics (colour, clarity), chemical markers (protein, glucose, ketones, blood, pH), and microscopic examination for cells, crystals, casts and bacteria in a urine sample.

13 tests included (92 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 13 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 9 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹1,788 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men & women

Age group

All ages

Purpose

Health screening

Vegetarians, women with heavy periods, people with hair fall or constant tiredness, and anyone whose diet is limited.

How often should you get it done?

Once a year, and the vitamins again after about three months of treatment if low.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC), CRP (C-Reactive Protein) and ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)
  • Iron & anaemia - Iron Studies
  • Diabetes & blood sugar - Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) and HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)
  • Heart & cholesterol - Lipid Profile
  • Liver - Liver Function Test (LFT)
  • Kidney & electrolytes - Kidney Function Test
  • Thyroid - TSH Ultrasensitive
  • Vitamins, bone & minerals - Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D (25-OH)
  • Urine - Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • Fast for 10 to 12 hours before the sample - plain water is allowed. An early-morning slot makes this easier.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
  • For the urine test, a first-morning, mid-stream sample in the sterile container we provide is best.
  • Wear a loose-sleeved top so the blood sample can be collected easily.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

Which nutrient shortages are most common in India?

Vitamin D, vitamin B12 and iron. Many urban adults are low in at least one, even with a reasonable diet.

Should I take supplements before testing?

It is better to test first, so that doses can be matched to the real deficit. Tell the phlebotomist what you already take.

How should I prepare?

Fast for ten to twelve hours with water allowed, and skip iron and vitamin tablets on the morning of the test.
