About this package

This is the widest yearly review for people past sixty. It keeps the essentials, which are HbA1c, the lipid profile, liver and kidney function, the thyroid and a urine examination, and adds calcium and phosphorus for bone health, vitamins B12 and D, ferritin for iron reserves, homocysteine for vessel health and CRP for inflammation. In older adults tiredness, forgetfulness and unsteadiness often come from several small shortfalls at once rather than one disease, and this panel is designed to find them together. Home collection makes it easy to manage.

The most complete senior checkup: heart, sugar, organs, thyroid, bone minerals, B12, vitamin D, iron stores and inflammation.

What does this package cover?

The 14 tests are grouped into 9 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 2 tests

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

  • CRP (C-Reactive Protein)

The level of C-reactive protein circulating in the blood, which rises within hours of an inflammatory trigger.

Iron & anaemia 1 test

Iron stores and red-cell production - the commonest causes of anaemia and tiredness.

  • Ferritin

Ferritin is a blood test. Ferritin checks a vitamin or nutrient level so any deficiency can be identified and treated by your doctor.

Diabetes & blood sugar 1 test

Current and 3-month average blood sugar, plus insulin markers for diabetes and insulin resistance.

  • HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)

The percentage of haemoglobin in red blood cells that has glucose attached to it (glycated) - since red cells live about 120 days, this reflects average blood sugar over that period.

Heart & cholesterol 2 tests

Blood fats and inflammation markers that together indicate the risk of heart disease and stroke.

  • Homocysteine

The concentration of homocysteine in the blood.

  • Lipid Profile

Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and the calculated VLDL and total cholesterol/HDL ratio.

Liver 1 test

Liver enzymes, bilirubin and proteins that show inflammation, fatty liver or reduced liver function.

  • Liver Function Test (LFT)

SGPT/ALT, SGOT/AST, ALP, GGT, total/direct/indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, and the A/G ratio.

Kidney & electrolytes 1 test

How well your kidneys filter waste, plus the salts (electrolytes) they keep in balance.

  • Kidney Function Test

Blood urea/BUN, serum creatinine, eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, and calcium.

Thyroid 1 test

Thyroid hormones and antibodies - an under- or over-active thyroid affects weight, energy, mood and heart rate.

  • Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH)

Total/Free T3 (triiodothyronine), Total/Free T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone, produced by the pituitary gland to regulate the thyroid).

Vitamins, bone & minerals 4 tests

Vitamin D, B12, folate and the minerals and hormones that keep bones and nerves healthy.

  • Calcium

Calcium is a blood test. Calcium is a diagnostic laboratory test carried out on a blood sample. Your doctor may advise it to screen for, diagnose or monitor a related condition, with results reported against standard reference ranges.

  • Phosphorus

Phosphorus is a blood test. Phosphorus is a diagnostic laboratory test carried out on a blood sample. Your doctor may advise it to screen for, diagnose or monitor a related condition, with results reported against standard reference ranges.

  • Vitamin B12

    Serum vitamin B12 (cobalamin) concentration.

  • Vitamin D (25-OH)

25-hydroxyvitamin D (the combined D2 + D3 form), which is the most accurate indicator of overall vitamin D status in the body.

Urine 1 test

Routine urine analysis for infection, sugar, protein and kidney clues.

  • Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

Physical characteristics (colour, clarity), chemical markers (protein, glucose, ketones, blood, pH), and microscopic examination for cells, crystals, casts and bacteria in a urine sample.

14 tests included (92 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 14 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 9 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹3,187 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men & women

Age group

60+ years

Purpose

Health screening

Adults over 60 with several health conditions, a history of falls, unexplained tiredness or memory change, or those who simply want the fullest yearly review.

How often should you get it done?

Once a year, and sooner if health or medicines change.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC) and CRP (C-Reactive Protein)
  • Iron & anaemia - Ferritin
  • Diabetes & blood sugar - HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)
  • Heart & cholesterol - Homocysteine and Lipid Profile
  • Liver - Liver Function Test (LFT)
  • Kidney & electrolytes - Kidney Function Test
  • Thyroid - Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH)
  • Vitamins, bone & minerals - Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D (25-OH)
  • Urine - Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • Fast for 10 to 12 hours before the sample - plain water is allowed. An early-morning slot makes this easier.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
  • For the urine test, a first-morning, mid-stream sample in the sterile container we provide is best.
  • Wear a loose-sleeved top so the blood sample can be collected easily.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

Why test homocysteine in older adults?

A raised level is linked to vessel disease and to memory decline, and it often reflects low B12 or folate, which can be corrected with supplements.

Can the sample be collected at home?

Yes. Our phlebotomist visits homes across Mumbai, so there is no need to travel. Book a morning slot for the fasting sample.

Do regular medicines have to be stopped?

Usually not. Take them as your doctor has advised and tell the phlebotomist what you take, especially blood thinners and diabetes medicines.
