About this package

This five-test variant is aimed at separating gout from autoimmune joint disease. The kidney function test measures uric acid, creatinine and eGFR, so it covers the gout side and the kidneys that clear uric acid. ANA looks for the autoimmune activity that can cause joint pain with rashes and fatigue. ESR and CRP measure inflammation, calcium reflects bone and mineral balance, and the blood count shows the effect on blood cells. If you have had a sudden painful joint and also have unexplained rashes or tiredness, this panel casts a wider net than a uric acid test alone. Abnormal ANA results need a rheumatologist's interpretation.

Gout and joint-pain screen with ANA and kidney function, along with inflammation markers, calcium and blood count.

What does this package cover?

The 6 tests are grouped into 4 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 3 tests

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

  • CRP (C-Reactive Protein)

The level of C-reactive protein circulating in the blood, which rises within hours of an inflammatory trigger.

  • ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

The rate at which red blood cells settle in a vertical tube over 60 minutes.

Kidney & electrolytes 1 test

How well your kidneys filter waste, plus the salts (electrolytes) they keep in balance.

  • Kidney Function Test

Blood urea/BUN, serum creatinine, eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, and calcium.

Vitamins, bone & minerals 1 test

Vitamin D, B12, folate and the minerals and hormones that keep bones and nerves healthy.

  • Calcium

Calcium is a blood test. Calcium is a diagnostic laboratory test carried out on a blood sample. Your doctor may advise it to screen for, diagnose or monitor a related condition, with results reported against standard reference ranges.

Arthritis & autoimmune 1 test

Antibodies that help doctors assess rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions.

  • ANA (Anti Nuclear Antibody)

ANA (Anti Nuclear Antibody) is a blood test. Screens for autoimmune conditions such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis.

6 tests included (40 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 6 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 4 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹395 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men & women

Age group

All ages

Purpose

Health screening

People with painful joints where gout is suspected but other autoimmune symptoms are also present.

How often should you get it done?

Once, with repeats guided by your doctor.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC), CRP (C-Reactive Protein) and ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)
  • Kidney & electrolytes - Kidney Function Test
  • Vitamins, bone & minerals - Calcium
  • Arthritis & autoimmune - ANA (Anti Nuclear Antibody)

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

Is uric acid measured in this panel?

Yes. Uric acid is one of the values in the kidney function test, along with urea, creatinine, eGFR and electrolytes, so the gout side of the question is covered.

What can a raised CRP with joint pain suggest?

Active inflammation, as in an acute gout flare, an infection or an inflammatory arthritis. It does not name the cause, so your doctor reads it with the rest.

Do I need to prepare?

No fasting is needed. Take regular medicines unless told otherwise.
